It has robust caching features that allow you to cache component-based parameters that vary. Features a Windows-like interface and lots of features but it has relatively high ownership costs.
Kentico Windows Very useful CMS with robust functionality, and useful for creating sites based on responsive content. Licensing costs are relatively low, and the license is per domain, not connected to user numbers. Kentico is perfect when you want a robust marketing plan. Considering all of this the back end info, however, is a mess.
